Positive: The apartment itself is just like the photos. I got a different unit than the one shown on the publication but overall is what you see on the pics. Location is great, really close to the metro station, quiet neighborhood overall. Negative: I was pretty happy with the property overall, but I had some issues with the check-in process. After booking through Booking.com, I was redirected to an external website where I was asked to pay an additional fee and provide a security deposit, which I found quite unusual and unexpected. Since the booking was non-refundable, I wasn’t really in a position to cancel at that point. However, I think future guests should be aware that there is an additional mandatory fee of around $75, plus a $120 cleaning fee or, alternatively, a $1,200 security hold. I would have preferred for these additional costs and requirements to be made much clearer upfront during the booking process.

I have stayed here in the past and was happy to find it available for my trip again this year! It’s in a really great area and was close enough to everything I needed. I walked everywhere and enjoyed coming back to relax for the evening. The apartment is clean, comfortable and the host is very helpful!

Unit was fine.The building smelled awful...lobby and foyer like 25 cans of febreeeze. choking sweet .

Property was conveniently located and easy to access. We did a lot of walking in the area and always felt safe. Home was exactly as described and comfortable for our stay. Owners were prompt in communications.
