Very great. Would come here again! Positive: As someone who does not go to Chicago often, I felt safe and comfortable. The bed was super comfy, and I got a good nights rest. I parked at the Memorial Parking garage! We were there mainly for Aragon Ballroom and loved how it was right across the street. The bathroom was very clean, including the kitchen. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The kitchen accommodations were great, the room was comfortable, and the bed was very nice—just a little softer than my personal preference, but that’s simply a matter of taste.The host provided a welcoming and comfortable space, and overall we were very pleased with our stay. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be to provide a few additional towels for guests. Other than that, everything was absolutely great.We truly appreciated the accommodations and would definitely recommend this rental to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The location was great as it was just a block from the Red Line stop. The owners were very responsive and helped us find a place to park our car for the week. The room was clean and had great space. Will stay again the next time we visit our family in Chicago!

As described, this property is in an older building but the ceilings are high, and the place is pleasant for two people. It's very clean. Communication about check-in and how to get into the building was excellent! We were only there one night so my comment about cost was just that the fees don't get spread over more days, but that's on me! We did not use the kitchen other than the coffee maker! There are some really good Asian restaurants nearby! We had a great meal at Immm.
