Clean apartment but noisy building Positive: Easy to access, good location for my purpose in Chicago, and clean with good amenities. Large lobby downstairs for communal use as well as a small and sunny courtyard in the back. Negative: The apartment itself was fine, although the building had an industrial feel to it. The apartment also had a very strong cleaning fragrance upon entering, I had to open the windows to help clear it out some. Unfortunately I did not get any sleep because everything around me was audible. Could hear neighbors walking around and talking into the wee hours of the night. To top it off, though I couldn't tell if it was coming from next door, below or above, some neighbor snoozed their 6:30am alarm for two and a half hours on a Saturday, so I heard it buzz every 5mins during that time! The alarm was so loud it sounded like it was in my room. Though this isn't the fault of management, I am noting it so future guests are aware of the potential for disturbance.

Good communication and met the description. Definitely look at this place next time.

Don’t stay here Positive: Host was responsive and location was good for what we needed. Negative: The price advertised is not the price you pay. There is an additional security deposit and until you pay it you won’t get access. One is non refundable $125 or it’s a refundable $1250 which was 3 times what it cost to stay there. There is an insanely strict code of conduct with exuberant fines. They have like $100 fee if you knock on the wrong door. Avoid this place!

Good location and felt safe. Good for our needs and a short stay. Positive: Location, elevator, washing machine, and full size refrigerator Negative: Very low water pressure, not enough bowls/plates/coffee cups, thin walls (heard dogs barking and people talking like they were in the room)

Zero notes! Bolu was an awesome, super helpful communicator, which was very critical to our quick trip. Shower pressure was awesome, and the space was comfortable. No notes - would stay again!
