Positive: The pool area was beautiful Negative: There were dirty dishes in the cabinets, the toilet was clogged until the afternoon before we checked out. We notified someone 20 minutes after checking in. The beds were like rocks and had bleach stained sheets. The upstairs neighbors were extremely loud blasting music. The reservation was made and paid for in full in January. The day before check in I received a check in link asking for an ADDITIONAL NON REFUNDABLE cleaning fee and security deposit when I already paid in full. We were offered a late check out to accommodate the inconveniences, but that was not an option for us. We were then offered a $25 Amazon gift card 😒😑 which we still have not received and we checked out 3 weeks ago.
